We are enjoying the amazing beaches while we are still 5 minutes away from Anna Maria Island.

I am missing these cool structures which are synonymous with New York City, summer bbqs, and rooftop parties. Good news is that sleepy FL beach towns have a generous share of them so I still get to look up and think fun Brooklyn thoughts.

Can’t decide which one is better. Anna Maria is idyllic paradise…but Coney has freaks and steins of Russian beer. Tough call.
